l  Introduction

The Grain and Oils Quality Inspection and Testing Center of the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration (hereinafter referred to as “the center”) is a third-party testing institution approved by the former State Administration of Grain National Grain Development [2009] No. 62, and is affiliated to the Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration. The main mission of the center is to provide inspection and testing technical support for the implementation of the national food safety strategy, the plan for the high-quality development of agriculture and high-quality grain projects. The center is also responsible for the grain and oils quality inspection and testing tasks entrusted by the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration. It carries out statutory inspection and testing and spot inspection and testing for grain and oils quality entrusted by social institutions; undertakes research on grain and oils quality-related inspection and testing technologies and methods, as well as technical verification, technical assessment and training; carries out grain and oils quality standard verification, etc.
