    Founded in August 2021, the institute is committed to scientific research in the field of national strategic material reserve management technology, promoting the improvement of reserve warehousing management technology, enriching reserve capabilities, and providing intellectual support for China’s scientific reserve of strategic materials.

l  Research Direction

In terms of reserve material varieties, the institute carries out research on reserve variety selection, structure optimization and quality control;

In terms of warehousing and logistics in reserve warehouses, it carries out research on logistics network planning, layout management within the warehouse, facility conditions and improving material packaging;

With the aim of standardizing, normalizing and informatizing the reserve system, it strengthens the adaptive application of new generation information technology and equipment in the field of storage and research on automated data collection of production operations;

In terms of reserve systems and mechanisms, it carries out basic research on reserve adjustments and social responsibility reserves.
