Dr. Sun Hui, as one of the four invited international speakers, took part in the 62nd Australian Cereal Chemistry Conference held in Gold Coast, Australia, during August 26th -29th, 2012. She was also invited to give an oral presentation named “A review of wheat market in China” and “Oriental food making quality of Chinese wheat”. Attendees from many institutes, such as Australian universities, Research institutes and food trade body showed great attention to her report and expressed interest to have cooperation with our academy in the future.
